My IT Plan "B"

               If we talk about My IT Plan B, I am thinking about the presentation at Assumption University. It is because all subject that i was learned, there are lots of work assignment and presentation. So, i have two ways to avoid the unexpected incident by using online storage and flash drive.

               First of all, i am talking about my online storage. I using Gmail and Hotmail as my online storage to keep the small file. After i finish the work assignment or presentation slide, i will upload a file into Gmail.com and Hotmail.com because i have to make sure that a file is already upload and keep in both storage. So, i can print it out at Au Plaza and send submit whenever i want.

The reason why i using this way is i don't have to keep flash drive because sometime we may lost the flash drive or forgot it when we using it at IT building or printing shop. So, we must beware much about flash drive.  In the other hand, i have face the problem from using online storage and the problem is if we cannot used internet connection. So, we cannot download the file or open it. And sometime there are too big file for saving at storage. So, we may keep and using  a flash drive for avoid the problem.

               Second, i using flash drive for keep the file. I have flash drive that storage amount is 8 GB. I have to keep it in my bag everyday and sometime i lost or forgot it at IT building or printing shop when i was very hurry, But this is good way for keep file because it is not need internet connection to open or download the file, and it can keep the big file that the online storage cannot upload.

                For my conclusion, i will using both ways for keep the file because both of them are reducing the weakness from each other. So, it is ensure that i will not faced with the problem.

How do I manage my intangible assets

               For my family, there are many intangible assets that we own and used it every day such as internet/network service provider and stock account.

                      All of my family are using DTAC as a network service provider with 3G and 4G network. We spend much every month from package 599 bath with 3 smartphone. The reasons why we selected DTAC because we used DTAC about 10 years and there are so credibility. I think this intangible assets is very important for our family because we have to used internet on smartphone to check e-mail, line, website. But there is only one thing that we don't like, it is the limit of 3G/4G because the internet speed is spend much when we see some video clip from Youtube or Line Tv. Therefore, my family and I spend much on Internet package so we have to manage them by keep their speed.

                         For my second intangible assets is stock account, I have to manage the stock by using smartphone for buy and sell stock also check the volume, price change every day.This application name is Streaming Pro. I think it is the intangible asset that can create value for me because i used it for control and track every stock that i have invest. And this application can used on smartphone so i can used it, check my stock everywhere i live. Finally, i have explain about my intangible assets and how to manage them.
